From Bench to Platform: Projects Across Fields

This collection brings together key projects from my past and present work—spanning clinical research, data science, and systems innovation. Each reflects a different facet of my professional journey: from early-stage molecular biology studies to large-scale digital health initiatives in pediatric care. What connects them is a drive to integrate diverse fields—medicine, informatics, biology, and philosophy of science —into solutions that respond to real-world challenges.

Below, you’ll find a list of these initiatives—each one a window into collaborative innovation in action.

Past Projects That Paved the Way

Before predictive dashboards and federated AI, there were -omics datasets, fish models in cold labs, and handwritten cohort definitions on napkins. In the coming weeks, I’ll be revisiting some of the projects that shaped how I think and build today.

From high-throughput drug testing in Drosophila, to real-world data pipelines for Type 1 diabetes, to designing digital health curricula for clinicians—these stories connect the dots between the molecular, the clinical, and the computational.

Stay tuned. Some of them might surprise you.
